General Rules

  1. Students must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  2. Students are required to attend theory, practical and workshop classes regularly.
  3. Discipline and respectful behaviour towards instructors, staff and fellow students is mandatory.
  4. Students must wear the prescribed uniform and ID card during institute hours.
  5. All tools, equipment, machines and institute property must be handled carefully.
  6. Students must follow all workshop and laboratory safety instructions.
  7. Mobile phones should not be used during classes or practical sessions without permission.
  8. Ragging, bullying, harassment, violence and misconduct are strictly prohibited.
  9. Students must keep the institute premises clean and hygienic.
  10. Any damage to institute property due to negligence may result in disciplinary action.
  11. Students must obtain prior permission for leave or absence.
  12. Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and good character inside and outside the institute.
  13. Examination forms, documents and other official requirements must be completed within the prescribed deadlines.
  14. Students must follow all applicable DGT/NCVT/NCVET and institute regulations
